Thanks for getting involved in Scouting – the best way to build character and confidence in young boys today! The founder of Scouting often said, “Every boy deserves a trained leader.” So, as a new leader, it is imperative that you GET TRAINED! Training opportunities are listed on the back side of this sheet.  In addition, if you have any questions about anything, please call on these experienced Osceola County Scouters!

Larry guides, motivates and oversees the volunteers of Osceola’s District Committee. His goals are to ensure that quality programs are offered to all Scouts, that new leaders receive the training they need to be successful, new Scouting units are started where needed, new Scouts are recruited, existing Scouting units are serviced and that all financial goals are met.

Steve is responsible for mentoring and leading a staff of volunteer Commissioners who provide support and serve as resources for all unit leaders in Osceola District. This is done through unit visitations and the supplemental training offered during the monthly Roundtable program.

Patrick is the Scouting professional in Osceola District. His full-time mission is to bring Scouting to the youth in our area. He works with volunteers to make sure the needs of volunteers, Chartered Organizations and Scouts are met.
